NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, duties and like amounts connected with the prize.
How to play: Starting at 10:00 AM CST on March 5, 2025, and ending at 12:00 PM CST March 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”), eligible persons may enter for a chance to win two (2) Sunday Platinum Admission tickets to the Lone Star Smokeout May 4, 2025 with Sunday BBQ Brunch May 4, 2025 taking place at 1 AT&T Way, Lot 10, Arlington, TX 76011, and one BBQ swag bag by following Meat Church on Instagram (@meatchurch) and Lone Star Smokeout on Instagram (@lonestarsmokeout) and commenting and tagging one friend in the comment section of the March 5, 2025 sweepstakes post at https://www.instagram.com/lonestarsmokeout/ or https://www.instagram.com/meatchurch/ (the “Promotion Sites”). To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and mail with proper postage to: Lone Star Smokeout LLC Meat Church Sweepstakes, 5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be postmarked by March 8, 2025, and received by 11:00 AM CST March 13, 2025. There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind permitted. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account of the email address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All such designations will be made by Sponsor in their sole discretion. Winner will be randomly selected and notified via Instagram direct message or email on or about March 13, 2025 at or about 2:00 PM CST. Winner must respond to the email or Instagram message notification as directed and accept prize within 24 hours to remain eligible. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or selected winner does not respond within the stated period, such prize shall be considered forfeited and Sponsor will have the option but not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected incomplete or incorrect entries and or notices.

Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older at the beginning of the Promotion period. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible.
Prizes and Odds: Prize includes two (2) Sunday Platinum Admission tickets to Lone Star Smokeout May 4, 2025 and two (2) tickets to the Lone Star Smokeout Sunday BBQ Brunch May 4, 2025 taking place at 1 AT&T Way, Lot 10, Arlington, TX 76011 with an approximate retail value of $1,112.00 ($556.00 each ticket ($606.00 value less alcoholic beverage portion), and a BBQ Swag Bag with an approximate retail value of $202.00 including One The Ocho seasoning pack with an approximate retail value of $65.00, One Headley & Bennett Meat Church apron with an approximate retail value of $109.00 and One graphite/white patch hat with an approximate retail value of $28.00. The total approximate retail value of the prize is $1,314.00. Prize does not include travel, accommodations, ground transportation or alcoholic beverages. All other expenses such as meals, alcoholic beverages, photos, merchandise, souvenirs, and travel costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the winner. Should winner choose to accept or utilize less than the total value of the prize, value of the prize will not be reduced, tax obligations will not be decreased and no refunds are available. No cash value. Prizes are not transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to change the date of the prize and/or any portion of the prize in the discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will report the value of the prize as required by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Odds of winning prize are based on the number of entries received.
Drawing and Awarding of Prize: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about March 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM CST. Notice to winner will be sent at or about that time via Instagram direct message or email depending on entry method. Drawing and awarding will be conducted by Sponsor whose decisions on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Sponsor shall require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity release (except where prohibited), liability waiver and/or IRS Form W-9 (if required by IRS regulations) prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, “Affidavit“). If the prize winner does not respond to the prize notification within one (1) day, is found to be ineligible, fails to execute the Affidavit or other documentation required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited the prize, and another winner may be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor will coordinate prize delivery via email.
General: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives are available. Prizes are non-transferable. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion thereof) of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability and/or in their sole discretion. If winner chooses to come without a guest, the prize will be awarded for one person alone. Any unused elements of the prize will be forfeited, will not be redeemable for cash or refund of any kind and will not reduce the prize value awarded for tax purposes. All federal, state, local and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s (and guest’s if applicable) name, hometown, likeness and photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional notice or compensation.
By participating, Participants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and all Sponsor decisions. By participating in this promotion and if a winner, by accepting prize, participant and/or winner agrees to release Sponsor, Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of any prize or participation in this Promotion or in prize-related activities. Participants/Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Registered Participant expressly consents to the jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Registered Participant agrees to service of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE.
