Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS
Sweepstakes. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE CHANCES OF WINNING. Eligibility:
Open to legal U.S. residents 18 years-of-age or older as of the date of entry (the
“Entrant”). Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law, and all applicable
federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winners are responsible for any
taxes, customs, duties, and like amounts connected with the prizes.

How to play: Starting at 12:00 PM CDT March 19, 2026, and ending at 11:59 AM
CDT March 20, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Window”), enter for a chance to win two (2)
Three Day General Admission Entry Tickets to Lone Star Smokeout taking place April
24, 25 and 26, 2026 at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas located at 1 AT&T Way,
Arlington, Texas with an approximate retail value of $328.00 ($164.00 per ticket) by
following @lonestarsmokeout, viewing the @dallas_discovered Instagram Story
during the contest window, and tapping the interactive story sticker from
@dallas_discovered at https://www.instagram.com/dallas_discovered/ and
https://www.instagram.com/lonestarsmokeout/ (“Promotion Sites”). The
approximate retail value of the prize is Three Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars
($328.00). To enter without purchase: on a postcard or a card that is no smaller
than 3 ½ x 5 inches and no larger than 4 ¼ x 6 inches, legibly handwrite your
complete name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth and
mail with proper postage to: Lone Star Smokeout @dallas_discovered Sweepstakes,
5419 N. Sheridan Road, Suite 116, Chicago, IL 60640. All write-in entries must be
postmarked by March 20, 2026, and received by 11:00 AM CDT March 25, 2026.
There is a limit of one (1) write-in entry per envelope/postcard. Each
envelope/postcard is considered one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. No mechanical
reproductions will be accepted. Write-in entries must contain all entry fields outlined
above; otherwise, they are void and will not be eligible to win.
One (1) winner will be randomly chosen from all entries. The winner will be
contacted by Instagram Direct Message or email depending on entry method at or
about 2:00 PM CDT March 25, 2026. Sponsor’s team will coordinate prize delivery
(electronic ticket preferred) or pick up by email. Government issued identification
required for prize pick up.

Regardless of the entry method used to enter the Sweepstakes, there is a limit of
one entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Window. Any attempt by an
Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different
identities, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entry and that Entrant
may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Entries submitted by anyone other than
the Entrant are void. In case of dispute as to the identity of any Entrant, entry will be
declared made by the registered name and address on such entry. Any potential
prize winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that such person is the
prize winner.

How to claim your prize: The Winner will be notified as indicated above at or about
2:00 PM CDT March 25, 2026. The winner will be required to provide their full name,
email address and respond within 24 hours to remain eligible. Failure to respond
within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the prize and Sponsor will
have the option and not the obligation to award the prize to an alternate winner.

Sponsor may require the prize winner to execute an affidavit of eligibility, publicity
release (except where prohibited), liability waiver (including a notarized signature)
and/or IRS Form W-9 prior to the delivery of any prize (collectively, "Affidavit") if
the total value of the prize is $2,000.00 or more. Should winner use less than the
full prize, the value of the prize for tax purposes will not be reduced. If the prize
winner does not respond to the notification within 24 hours, is found to be ineligible,
fails to provide adequate information, or fails to execute the Affidavit or other
documentation as required by Sponsor and/or the prize notification is returned as
undeliverable, the Sponsor may consider such prize winner to have forfeited the
prize, and another prize winner may be selected in the sole discretion of
Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or
incorrect entries or notices even if caused by human error on the part of Sponsor.
Sponsor will coordinate redemption of prize by way of a mutually agreeable method
(electronic ticket preferred). A valid government issued ID may be required to be
presented to claim the prize. Total approximate retail value of the prize is $328.00
(Three Hundred Twenty Eight Dollars) for tax purposes.

General Provisions: No prize substitutions allowed and no cash alternatives or
refunds are available. Prizes are non-transferable. No Prize includes alcoholic
beverages. Prize does not include ground transportation, or alcoholic beverages.
Except where prohibited by law, participation in this promotion and/or acceptance of
any prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name, hometown, likeness and
photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
All entries become Sponsor’s property, if applicable, and will not be returned or
acknowledged.

All Employees of Smokeout Festivals LLC (“Sponsor”) and Lettuce Entertain You
Enterprises, Inc., their respective agencies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and
promotion agencies, and members of the immediate families and household
members of each are not eligible. Odds of winning prize depend on the number of
eligible entries received.

By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these official rules and
all Sponsor decisions. By participating and/or accepting the prize, Entrants/winners
agree to release Sponsor and Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, Inc., and its
respective affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and agents as stated
herein from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind
caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, and/or misuse of
any prize or participation in this promotion or in prize-related activities and that
Sponsor may use Entrant’s name, likeness and submitted photograph (if applicable)
for advertising and publicity purposes, in any and all media now or hereafter known,
without further notice or compensation (except where prohibited by law). Winners
acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor its agents have made, nor are in any manner
responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or
implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.
In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, Entry will be deemed
submitted by the authorized account holder of the Instagram account or e-mail
account of the e-mail address submitted at time of Entry. “Authorized account
holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g.,
business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any and alldisputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
This Promotion shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of
the State of Illinois, regardless of conflicts of laws principles. Any action or litigation
concerning this Promotion shall take place exclusively in the federal or state courts
sitting in Cook County, Illinois, and each Entrant expressly consents to the
jurisdiction of and venue in such courts and waives all defenses of lack of jurisdiction
and inconvenient forum with respect to such courts. Each Entrant agrees to service
of process by mail or other method acceptable under the laws of the State of Illinois.
ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-
OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS PROMOTION. REGISTERED
PARTICIPANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY'S FEES,
INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF
ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE
OR OTHERWISE.
